At the helm of KIN52 is a dynamic and visionary Board of Directors driving the Group’s strategy across its two core divisions: Travel Services and Mobility Solutions; with decades of unmatched expertise in their respective fields, the Board is committed to leading the Group through a bold and purposeful transformation—anchored in innovation, digitalization, and sustainable growth.

Raja Kurban

Board Member - Group CEO

Leading the Group’s strategic direction across its Travel and Mobility divisions since January 2025. He has also served as Managing Director of AVIS Rent a Car Beirut since 1997 and Chairman of Budget Rent a Car Lebanon since 2012.

Prior to his appointment as Group CEO, he founded Allo Taxi in 1999, pioneering digital transformation in Lebanon’s transport sector, and launched multiple ventures across Europe and Africa, including UGO and Carrotec

Nadine Kurban Boutros

Board Member - Group CFO

Former Group CEO from 2019 to 2024, Nadine leads the Finances of the Group as a CFO. She is known for her expertise in bespoke travel and tourism, with a career spanning over three decades, she played a key role in positioning Kurban Travel as one of Lebanon’s most trusted agencies.

Under her leadership, Kurban Travel expanded its offering to include corporate travel management, M.I.C.E services, she also launched the Group’s Airlines’ GSA in 2010.

Selim Boutros

Board Member - Division General Manager - Travel & Aviation Services

He began his career at Ernst & Young and BESIX Group before serving as General Manager of Amadeus Lebanon.

Since joining the family business, he led the transformation of Kurban Travel through innovation, technology, and business diversification—expanding operations into the UAE and launching GoKurban.com.

Most recently, he spearheaded the creation of MAKINA*, a mobility cluster ecosystem comprised of Makina Works (hi-tech vehicle service center) and Makina Moto (premium rider gear). 

Brands' Leaders

With over 25 years of leadership in the automotive and rental services sector, Maguy Hamouche brings deep experience, resilience, and strategic insight to her role as General Manager of MECAR (short-term leasing), the exclusive representative of Avis and Budget in Lebanon. Having started her journey balancing work and studies, she has risen through the ranks to lead company operations with a strong focus on growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Maguy is known for her sharp organizational skills, hands-on leadership, and commitment to operational excellence. She also plays a leading role in advancing environmental sustainability, employee wellness, and social responsibility—both within MECAR and across KIN52—making her a key force in shaping the future of the industry in Lebanon. 

With over 30 years of extensive experience in the car rental industry, Reslan Atallah is a dynamic and highly skilled leader with a global perspective shaped by international training in cities like London, Paris, Dubai, Prague, and Budapest. He has a proven track record in managing sales, customer service, administration, and finance. Reslan excels in driving operational excellence, organizational success, and customer satisfaction through innovative leadership, strategic planning, and effective team management. His career spans roles from Fleet Manager to Operations Manager, and Deputy General Manager, at FMC, showcasing his ability to oversee business growth, optimize processes, and enhance profitability in challenging environments. 

Youssef Yehya serves as the General Manager of Budget Angola, where he brings strong leadership and operational expertise to one of the leading car rental brands. Since July 2022, he has been responsible for overseeing the company’s overall performance, ensuring high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and business growth. Youssef combines global brand strength with localized market knowledge to deliver flexible and value-added Mobility solutions tailored to Angola’s dynamic market. Youssef has a decade of experience managing regional operations at UGO Angola, and a background in operations management with Allo Taxi Angola, highlighting his extensive experience in transport and mobility services. 

Executive Members

With over 17 years of experience in information technology and systems management, Eddy El Hani has been instrumental in leading KIN52’s IT infrastructure since 2013. As Group IT Manager, he oversees enterprise-wide technology operations across EMEA, ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of systems critical to business growth. Eddy brings deep expertise in IT governance, infrastructure development, and vendor management, with a strong track record of building agile teams and driving innovation. Known for his structured leadership and solution-oriented mindset, Eddy plays a key role in aligning technology strategy with business objectives. 

Leading the company’s treasury operations, focusing on cash flow optimization, financial risk management, and strategic capital planning. Tony began his career as an auditor at Nacouz and Chemaly Audit Firm, gaining broad experience in financial reporting and risk assessment. This foundation informs his analytical and solution-oriented approach to treasury management. Tony is committed to supporting the group’s financial stability and long-term growth through disciplined, insight-driven strategies. 

With over a decade of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making, Mountaha Mezher leads KIN52’s financial operations with precision and insight. As Group Finance Manager, she oversees cash flow management, financial forecasting, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the company’s financial health and long-term sustainability. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to operational excellence and fiscal responsibility, built on a solid foundation of industry expertise and academic training from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi. 

With extensive experience in talent management, learning & development, and performance management, Hadi B. Riachi is a seasoned HR professional dedicated to fostering organizational effectiveness and leadership growth. Holding advanced degrees in HR and strategic negotiations, he has led human resources functions across major institutions, including IPT PowerTech Group and IBL Bank. Alongside his corporate roles, Hadi has been a valued instructor at Saint Joseph University of Beirut and CNAM, shaping future HR leaders. Now serving as Group HR Director at KIN52, he brings a strategic and people-focused approach to talent management, driving growth and excellence across the organization. 

With extensive experience in branding, integrated online and offline marketing, and digital transformation, Nesrine Sfeir is a seasoned marketing leader with a career spanning multinational advertising agencies, corporate groups, and higher education. She began her journey at VMLY&R, a WPP advertising agency, between Lebanon and the UAE before leading social awareness at the Emirates Foundation for Youth Development in the UAE. Nesrine went on to serve regional roles across the GCC and Africa, as Chief Marketing Officer at Plus Holding and Group Marketing Director at Boecker Group Holding. At Notre Dame University, she led the Office of University Advancement, where she oversaw marketing communications, Development & Fundraising, as well as Alumni Affairs. Now serving as Group Marketing Manager at KIN52, she combines strategic expertise with a focus on a passion for mentoring start-ups, consulting businesses, and training the next generation of digital marketers and influencers.
